Our last Tuesday
This morning Hannah and my mom made pancakes for breakfast - yum! We then met up with Mila and Timothé at the tourist office where we picked up a “golf game”. The tourist office had created a sort of ralley in French where the children followed a parcour, gathering historical information about Bourg along the way and playing holes of mini golf. It was very difficult to play with the wind blowing from the river and the heat, but the kids seemed to have a good time together.

they’re looking kind of creepy!
Nancy and Jean-Claude invited everyone to have lunch in their garden and we enjoyed a delicious potluck lunch. The kids entertained themselves in the garden and the adults were able to talk for a bit.
In the afternoon, Hannah, my mom and I went back to the swimming pool and cooled off. Luckily the weather had cooled off in the afternoon, and we had fun playing games in the water. We also continued our search for “knockers” and have a few more to add to our picture collection.

We brought in pizza for dinner and soaked in the beautiful view from their terrace.
Catching up on all your posts. You have sure been seeing a lot of sights and people. Door knockers are cool but yes, slightly creepy! What an incredible experience!
